Light 61591682c7 sync: live ~/.config -> repo and migrate to symlinks 
- Keep LIVE versions for fastfetch, fish, hypr, rofi, waybar, zellij, nvim (gruvbox)
- Add live extras: fish conf.d/functions, hypr xdg-vars, kitty.bak, rofi lazyvim-shortcuts, waybar theme.css, fastfetch images
- nvim: drop discord/rose-pine/wakatime, use gruvbox transparent
- Move starship.toml to .config/starship.toml (standard file path)
- Restore .assets/wallpapers (do not delete)
- Live ~/.config now symlinks to repo (fastfetch, fish, hypr, kitty, nvim, rofi, waybar, zellij, swaync, starship.toml)
